Mr. Chauhan was called to the Bar in England (1965), Ontario (1972) and India (1982). He worked for a law firm until 1976 when he established his own firm in the Town of Richmond Hill, a community just north of Toronto, Canada.

This firm was founded in 1976. Presently, there are about 300 corporate clients of the firm. Some of the clients are major corporations in other countries, including India and Iran. We provide guidance and counseling in a broad variety of subjects to make it possible for the new companies in Canada to succeed in the Canadian legal and business environment. With over thirty years of experience in different areas of law in Canada, this enables us to guide the client effectively.

After our beginnings in the Town of Richmond Hill, Canada, we now have associate offices in other countries including Iran and United Arab Emirates and India. Our emphasis in practice now is providing all round service to local and immigrant clients.

Our aim is to promote quality legal services to companies of all sizes and individuals in a wide variety of subjects and in particular immigration and business law. We are culturally sensitive and understand Indian, European and Middle Eastern cultures. We can provide services in a number of languages including Farsi, German, Hindi and Gujarati. We are equipped with email and other facilities to communicate effectively with foreign countries.

We serve our foreign clients in the mornings from 8:30 am to 11:00 am and local clients from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Appointments outside the usual hours can be made. We serve the clients in Tehran, Dubai, Delhi, Bombay, and other big cities through associate offices.
