3.  Building location survey showing the location of the building on the lot. It should be legible and distances marked in readable form.

4.  Recent tax bills and receipts for payments made by you.

5.  Particulars of liens or easements on property.

6.       Report of Solicitor when you bought the property.

11.  Solicitor’s instructions

Please bring in the solicitor’s instructions personally, if you can, from the lender. Please do not rely on the bank to arrange to send it to us.

12.  The mortgage will be title insured and the undersigned confirms instructions to obtain such insurance. The undersigned client agrees to provide a retainer of CAD$.300.00 to cover disbursements which are incurred prior to the registration of the mortgage.  Lawyer’s fees will be deducted from the proceeds of the mortgage and power line mortgages fees will be paid at the time of signing documents. Client understands that the mortgage closing is done based on the reliance of the above information.
